the location was excellent. i found a nice supermarket steps away at the train station. the hotel gave us transit passes for our entire stay. this was good for getting us to the airport upon departure.
the bathroom was terrible. the toilet and shower were grubby. the toilet seat was cracked. i felt a generally unpleasant feel about the hotel.

The location is very central (a two-minute walk from the main train station!). It is also a two-minute walk from Lake Geneva. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The lift to my floor was very small (felt a bit claustrophobic).

I found the location convenient, close to both the train station and the lake. This made getting around very easy. dozens of restaurants surround the hotel, offering many dining options. my room, number 32, consisted of two separate rooms, perfect for my sons and me. the hotel provided transit passes, so travel to the airport was simple!
the bathroom was clean, though it had a slight odor and the safe was out of battery.

The breakfast room was good. I found the beds quite comfortable. a kettle, fridge and nespresso machine were in the room, so enjoying a beverage was always convenient.

The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick. I appreciated the efficiency. the hotel sent a transport card covering airport transfers and a one-hour lake tour, a very nice touch.

The hotel is near the train station, a short walk from the lake, and close to several restaurants. It is also within walking distance of many sights. a supermarket is nearby at the train station. This made it easy to pick up essentials.
